University of Washington Wind Ensemble Japan Tour

University of Washington Wind Ensemble again was invited by Yamamoto-sensei, the Kansai Band Association, the Izumo Band Association and Tamana Girls High School Band to Japan in 2007.

ワシントン大学ウインドアンサンブルが再度日本へ招待を受けました。山本先生、関西、出雲吹奏楽連盟、そして玉名女子高等学校等色々な方にお世話になりました。

This time's highlight was to accompany Dr. Robin McCabe, the former director of school of music at University of Washington. She performed "Rhapsody in Blue" by G. Gershwin.

このツアーのスペシャルパフォーマンスは、前音楽学科学部長のロビン　マッケーブ博士がガーシュインの「ラプソディー　イン　ブルー」を演奏された事した。

The group has a great time eating wonderful food, doing Karaoke and wearing Yukata!

美味しい食べ物を食べたり、カラオケをしたり、浴衣を着たり！有意義な時間を過ごさせて頂きました。

Miho & Diego Duo Japan Tour

Miho & Diego Duo performed for "International Week" at Himi school district, Izumo Band Association and played for a school assembly at Senshu Tamana High School.

美保＆ディエゴデュオが、氷見市の「国際理解週間」と出雲吹奏楽連盟にて演奏させて頂きました。また専修玉名高等学校の学校集会でも演奏させて頂きました。

The Senshu Tamana Marching Band played Brazilian samba music for us. They sounded more authentic than Brazilians... by Diego.

専修玉名マーチングバンドがお礼に、とブラジルのサンバの曲を演奏してくれました。ディエゴいわく、ブラジル人より上手だったよ。

Diego became obsessed with station noodle places since then.

ディエゴがこれ以来、駅そばにはまりました。
